Q : How can I redeem NUBONUS points?

A : Please login first and click NUBONUS icon located at the bottom right corner. On the pop up menu, you can see your accumulated points and the coupons available to redeem. Select “Redeem”. 
Now you can see the coupon code. Click "Apply Code". You will see your discount code applied at the checkout.

Q : I redeemed my NUBONUS point, but it is not applied to my order at the checkout.

A : Click NUBONUS icon located at the bottom right corner. On the pop up menu, select “Rewards” available and then you will find the code. Click “Apply Code” or copy to input your coupon code manually at the checkout. 

If you already finished the checkout without coupon code, please contact us. We can manually adjust your rewards and transaction.

Q : 쿠폰을 선택했는데 결제하려고 하니 쿠폰이 적용되지 않았어요.

A : 쿠폰을 선택하셨는데 체크아웃 시 코드가 누락되었다면 NUBONUS 아이콘을 눌러 팝업창 메뉴에서 이미 발급된 쿠폰 코드를 확인하실 수 있습니다. "Apply Code" 를 누르시거나 코드를 복사하셔서 체크아웃 시 직접 입력하시면 됩니다.

만약 쿠폰이 적용되지 않은 상태로 결제를 마치셨다면 알려주세요. 저희 시스템에서 따로 쿠폰 결제를 도와드리겠습니다.
