Direction to make Sujebi

1. Combine 500g powder and 280ml water. 
2. Knead by hand for 5-10 minutes until the dough gets softer and sticks together firmly.
3. Cover the dough with food wrap or plastic bag for 5-10 minutes.
4. Prepare any kind of soup base for Sujebi. (Jjigae, Gamjatang or any clear seafood based soup would work well.)
5. Put the dough in your left hand, and pull and stretch it with your right. Get it as thin as you can. Then tear it into bite sized pieces with your right. Drop it into the boiling soup. Repeat this until the dough runs out.

6. Close the lid and cook for a couple of minutes to let the noodles cook. The noodles will float on the surface when cooked properly.
