HOW TO PREPARE
Our vacuum-sealed bags are freezer and microwave-safe!

There are three ways to prepare our delicious meals:

Microwave
Cut open the bag, approximately an inch from the top seal; then heat in the microwave for 1 - 1.5 minutes.

*Best Recommended: Thaw in the fridge before preparation. When thawed, slit the bag slightly and heat in the microwave for 40-50 seconds.

Pan Fry
Pan-fry over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches at least 140 °F, as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.

Boil
When defrosted, put the entire bag into a pot of boiling water for 2.5 - 3 minutes.

HOW TO STORE
Keep frozen: For an extended storage, please store the meals in the freezer. It is okay to place the meals in the fridge for immediate consumption.
Best before : 3 months from the received day of meal, if kept frozen.
Food must be cooked thoroughly: Internal temperature needs to reach at least 140 °F, as measured by a food thermometer in several spots.
